Fishing Seasons for Lake Ontario and Lake Erie
August-September
Lake Ontario
Once we get later into the season in Late August and September we fish strictly for King and Coho Salmon that have come back inside 100ft of water to head toward the rivers to spawn.
Summer
June-July
Lake Ontario
By the end of June into July we start seeing our King Salmon arrive and we begin fishing for mixed bags of King Salmon, Coho Salmon, and Steelhead offshore and also have the opportunity for big summer Browns given the right conditions.
Early June
Lake Ontario
Once we get into early June our thermocline begins to setup and we start fishing more Lake Trout offshore with Steelhead mixed in.
May- June
Lake Erie
In early May we move one of our two vessels to Lake Erie to Port Clinton, Ohio for the Walleye slam fest. These tasty eating fish come by the dozens! Doubles, triples, and quads are the norm to fill your cooler!
Spring
April-May
Lake Ontario
In April and May our primary target is Brown Trout and Lake Trout. We fish light line this time of year and the fish are top water so its steady action start to finish.
